Overall Strengths & Weaknesses
Rating: 3.6 ★★★★☆
I bought these specifically because they had large chisel tips. I couldn’t find other acrylic markers that weren’t poster board markers (so incredibly large) that had a chisel that size. I wanted the chisel for quick backgrounds.
What works well
- The broad chisel tip covers a lot of area and stays well saturated.
- The colors are nice and the color range is also nice.
- Other end is a brush tip, which I appreciate.
What doesn't
- Some of the worst quality acrylic ink I have. Very transparent, even with multiple layers. Very streaky. Very chalky.
- Brush end tends to separate a lot.
Tips
- Chisel end works better than the brush end.
- I like using almost like gesso to give my other markers a smooth base to start.
