My Husband, Not An Owl
Reflection
Meaning & Symbolism: It’s a drawing of my husband while we were watching random YouTube videos. Some had colors that made him look trippy. So I drew it.
People see different things.
My husband’s coworkers and some of my friends saw other things besides my husband. An owl was mentioned, and a Furbie. And that’s ok. I know what I drew.

Progress Notes
- 06/13/26 - Randomly drew spirals because I felt like drawing spirals. I discarded the page and my husband found it, said he saw eyes, and I went from there.
Completion Notes
- 06/14/26 - One of my favorite pieces for sure. I really like the contrast between the yellow and purple and I think this came out really interesting.
