Reflection
Meaning & Symbolism: Just something fun and pretty that I know how to draw.
Looks cool to me but my husband loves it!
I’m often shocked by what artwork of mine people are drawn to. But that’s the beauty of art. This piece speaks to him and that means something to me.

Progress Notes
- 06/13/26 - Of course I need to do plants. Wouldn’t be an artistic session without plants.
- I initially wanted the colors more pink but the red looks nice. The contrast to the green is really dynamic.
Completion Notes
- 06/15/26 - My husband showed my art to coworkers and many of them liked this one in particular. There’s something about this piece that speaks to others in a way it doesn’t speak to me. The whole thing is quite fascinating.
Supplies
| Material | What I Used | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Paper | Canson Graduate Mixed Media Paper | Works really well, doesn’t warp much, the tooth and texture are great. |
| Color Medium | Shuttle Art Tempura Paint Sticks | Works well. |
